When it comes to temporization the material choice is more of the timing. How long do you want it to last? Ragle offers three materials. Long-term, medium, and short term.

RCAD TEMP PMMA

This is a milled PMMA. The material is multi-layered and very esthetically pleasing. PMMA was the go-to for temps until print resins came onto the market. It is still the most tried and true temp material used. $160 unit

RCAD TEMP IPN

IPN is a print resin used for digital dentures but can also be used as a temp material. Looks great but it is not a long-term solution. Works fine for diagnostic try-ins and short term temporiztion. $135

RCAD TEMP SCULPTURE/TITAN

These are nano-filled resins. Although not considered a long-term solution we have had some in the mouth for 6 months +. The Titan resin is stronger than the Sculpture but both work well and look nice. $125
