Night Guard Material we find to work best

5/3/23

By:

Jerry Ragle, CDT

This material is between a processed hard night guard and a soft flexible material. Ideal for occlusal splints and night guards.

Hard processed is sometimes too hard, Hard/Soft sometimes wears. We have found this resin to be a good inbetween.  It prints well, finishes nicely and is somewhat flexible..  and with the new added UltraGloss Trays it even prints shiny!

About Us

There is always something to learn...  now in my 50th year as a lab tech the landscape continues to change.  With that comes efficiencies in most cases, but not without a cost and sometimes quite the learning curve.  The idea behind RDLtechnews.online is to share experiences, new products as well as old, along with a few technical tips that we, as a lab, have come across.  If you have a question, never hesitate to ask.  If we don't have the answer, someone does!!
